For the past two years three school, St Joseph's N.S. Rathmullen, Ayr Hill N.S. Ramelton and Ballougry P.S. Derry/Londonderry have been involved as a partnership in the CASE Shared Education Programme.

As part of this ongoing programme the three schools decided to work on Literacy and the Arts this year, with a particular focus on Music and Drama. Pupils from all three schools had opportunities to develop their writing, music and drama skills over the past few months.

The project culminated for all 178 pupils and their teachers when they took to the stage with two concerts, 'Gone to Peaces' in An Grianán Theatre on the 13th March. Parents, other family and school community members all agreed that it was an excellent, highly entertaining show. To quote CASE Shared Education Development Officer, Ann Lindsey, 'The show was fantastic! The quality of the singing, acting and animation was so entertaining - great work on scripting the performances too!'

The schools thanked everyone who made the event possible, with a particular thank you to parents for their support and to their amazing pupils who worked so hard to showcase their wealth of skills and talent.
